Santa Trice Farm is part of the larger Villa Toscana estate, a property of approximately 25 hectares located in the province of Livorno, set within the characteristic landscape of the Tuscan coastal countryside.
Most of the land is dedicated to open-field vegetable cultivation, following the natural rhythm of the seasons and enhancing the agricultural vocation of the area. The hill surrounding the estate, on the other hand, is entirely devoted to the production of extra virgin olive oil, a cornerstone of local tradition.
In recent years, careful restoration and redevelopment of the olive grove have been undertaken, with the aim of bringing historic Tuscan coastal cultivars — Leccio, Frantoio and Pendolino — back into full production, preserving an agricultural heritage that reflects the identity and history of this land.
